Minimum system requirements to run Geotab Checkmate

• Windows XP(SP2 and SP3), Windows Vista(SP1), Windows 7, – 32bit/64bit
  (Basic web functionality in Linux and Mac)

• Internet Access – High Speed for best performance

• Internet Explorer 8
  or to run on Firefox:
  Install addon .NET Framework Assistant 1.3.1 (or later) for Firefox
  (At the present time these are the only browsers supported)

• .Net Framework 2.0 SP 1

• Minimum 1GB RAM

If you follow the instructions above and have any issues launching Checkmate, then

The following ports need to be open in your proxy/firewall: 80 and 443

NOTE:

• Apple Macintosh computers: Runs only  the light version of the Geotab Checkmate

• Windows computers: The full version of Geotab Checkmate is supported on Windows PC’s, however only on internet browsers Internet Explorer or Firefox (with addon .NET Framework Assistant 1.3.1 (or later))

• Smartphones and tablets: Mobile access via iPhone or iPad, and other smartphones, ie. Android are supported.  Blackberry is only supported on the Playbook tablet
